Get Started with Ask AI for Project Insights
Ask AI makes it easy to analyse your project, check team workload, find risks, and manage tasks, all with just a few clicks. Here’s how to make the most of it.
1. Navigate to the Ask AI section
Click Ask AI at the top of your project dashboard.
View the sidebar that appears, featuring quick suggestions and tools for your project.
Explore the suggestion cards at the top for instant analysis ideas.
2. Explore the configured Agents
Browse the Featured Agents section. These agents handle tasks like team standups and workload checks.
Use more tools further down to review old pending tasks, see all members, and more.
3. Chat with Project
At the bottom, use the chat box to type in any custom project questions.
4. Analyse Team Workload
Scroll to the Team Workload agent and click on it.
Wait as AI analyses your team’s workload
Review the workload summary and the graph at the top.
Click the download button to save the graph for your records.
If needed, attach files using the paperclip button or enable toggles to include project content and workload in your questions.
Use the dictation feature for voice input if you prefer.
5. Run Risk Analysis and Get Project Insights
In the chat box, type your question—such as “What are the current risks?”—and click Send.

6. Make Project Changes Using Ask AI
Head to the tasks in your project’s ongoing section. Identify a task you want to update, such as changing its priority or assigning it to a team member.
Go to the chat section, type your prompt (for example, “Set priority to high and assign to Brandon Hoag”), and send it.
Confirm your changes by checking the task assignment and priority status.
Review conversation history, start new chats, or close the sidebar using the respective buttons at the top.
Ask AI streamlines your project management, helping you quickly find answers, generate insights, and take action right from your dashboard. Experiment with different agents and prompts to make your workflow even smoother.
