Project AI agents
This article explains how to leverage project agents to quickly generate a concise overview of your project.
1. Navigate to the project
Start by clicking on the AI agents at the top of your project page.
You'll see six pre-curated AI agents: Team Standup, Team Workload, Weekly Report, Identify Risk, Project Summary, and Budget.
2. Generate project summaries.
For a quick summary of the project, select the Project Summary agent.
A pop-up will appear with a summary of your project.
It'll show whether the project is on track, the total number of tasks, the number of completed tasks, tasks in progress, and tasks yet to be done.
If you want to keep this information, you have the option to export it.
Alternatively, you're also able to copy the summary.
If you need more information or have any questions, there's a section where you can ask.
Once you're done, simply close the profile.
That's it! You've now learned how to use project agents to get a quick summary of your project.
