Discover the power of Kroolo's AI feature to quickly summarize projects and extract relevant information.
This guide walks you through using the AI feature to get an overview of a project's status, including ongoing, pending, and due tasks.
1. Navigate to the Project
Start by navigating to the "Projects" section. Now, click on "Projects" in the left side of your screen.
2. Click on "View Project"
Select the project you want to view from the list.
📌 Access the AI Feature
3. Locate and Click on the AI Option
Find the AI icon in the top right corner of the project view and click on it.
4. Choose a Predefined or Custom Prompt
A pop-up window will appear with predefined prompts to help outline tasks, identify risks, and highlight overdue tasks.
You can choose one of these prompts or write your custom prompt.
📌 Get a Quick Summary of the Project
5. Click on "Can you summarize the project?"
Select this predefined prompt to receive a quick overview of the project’s current status.
The AI will process the request and generate a concise summary.
📌 Inquire About New Updates
6. Type a Custom Prompt Like "Is there anything new?"
You can also ask for updates by typing in a custom prompt. For example, "Is there anything new?"
The AI will scan the project and provide a list of any new tasks or updates.
