Check Project Progress Using Dashboard
Track completed, incomplete, and overdue tasks, use graphs to view task types, statuses, and priorities for better workload management & share project updates with team members effortlessly.
This tutorial will guide you through the process of checking project progress using Dashboard on Kroolo Projects, designed for users of all levels. Here's what you need to do๐
1. Navigate to the Project Section
First, log in to your Kroolo account and head to the project section on the main menu.
2. Open the Desired Project
Select the project you want to track from the list of ongoing projects.
3. Click on the Dashboard
Within the project, locate and click on the "Dashboard" tab.
The dashboard provides a brief overview of the project, including:
Completed tasks
Incomplete tasks
Overdue tasks
Total tasks
It also displays graphs for:
Due dates
Task types
Status
Priority
4. Click on Any Task to View More Details
Select a task to view its details. Tasks can be modified as needed.
Additionally, you can export the graph as a PNG file for sharing with team members.
5. Check the List of Completed Tasks
Review the list of completed tasks. Clicking on a completed task will show you the detailed information about that task.
