Add, manage, and mitigate project risks effortlessly with Kroolo.

Add Risk in Projects

Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse! In this guide, you’ll know how to efficiently add risks to your projects. Follow these steps:-

1. Select Your Project

Start by choosing a project from your project list.

2. Identify the Risk Task

Locate an overdue, high-priority task that's blocking other tasks. This will serve as the risk to be added.

3. Access the Risk Section

Go to the Risk section within your project dashboard and click on Add Risk.

4. Name the Risk

Type in a clear and descriptive name for the risk.

5. Add a Description

Provide a brief but detailed description of the risk.

6. Categorize the Risk

Select an appropriate category that best fits the risk type.

7. Assign Probability and Impact

Choose the probability and impact levels to define the likelihood and potential effect of the risk.

8. Set Severity

Determine the severity level to indicate how critical the risk is.

9. Update Risk Status

Set the current status of the risk.

10. Reported By and Escalation

Indicate the person reporting the risk. If escalation is required, select Yes or No.

11. Adjust Mitigation Complexity

Modify the complexity level for mitigating the risk if necessary.

12. Create a Mitigation Plan

Write a mitigation plan outlining how the risk will be addressed and click on save.

13. Finalize Risk Addition

Hit Add Risk again to finalize the process. The risk is now added to your project.

14. Quick View of Description

Hover over the risk icon to quickly check the risk description.

15. Open Risk Details

Click on the risk name to open a detailed window.

16. Add Relevant Tasks

Within the detailed view, click on the task section to link relevant tasks to the risk.

17. Confirm Task Addition

Confirm your selection to associate the task with the risk.

18. Collaborate in Comments

Use the comments section to collaborate with your team. Once done, close the pop-up window.

19. Manage the Risk

For further options, click on the three dots next to the risk. Here, you can edit, archive, or delete the risk as needed.

Congratulations! You’ve successfully added and managed risks in Kroolo.
