Streamline Your Workflow: Integrate Microsoft Teams with Kroolo for Enhanced Productivity

In this article, you'll learn how to integrate Microsoft Teams with Kroolo to enhance your productivity.

1. Click on the profile section

Start by clicking on your profile.

2. Choose settings

From the dropdown menu, choose Settings.

3. Navigate to the integration section

Navigate to the Integration section. In the search bar, type Teams.

4. Connect the teams

Click on the card that appears and then select Connect.

Log into your account. After successful login, you'll be redirected to a page where you need to set a rule.

5. Select the rule

Click on the dropdown menu and select the rule. For instance, if you want to receive a notification when a task is completed, select this rule.

6. ADD rule

After selecting the rule, click on Add rule.

7. Select the workspace

Now, you need to select the workspace. Click on the dropdown menu and choose the project.

8. Select the team and channel

Select the team and the channel where you want to receive the messages.

9. Name the Rule

Enter a name for the rule.

10. Add the rule

After naming the rule, click on Add Rule.

11. Return to home

Your rule is now created. To return to the board click on Home.

12. Open Project

Open your project.

13. Mark the task as done

If you've completed a task, click on Mark as done.

After marking a task as done, you can go to Microsoft Teams to see the notification in your selected channel.
