MS Projects Integration

In this tutorial, you'll learn how to import projects from Microsoft Projects into Kroolo, a smart productivity powerhouse.

1. Open MS Projects

Begin with your project open in Microsoft Projects. All your tasks should be visible.

2. Export the Project

To import this task into Kroolo, you'll first need to export the project as an Excel file. Click on the three dots located in the top right corner.

Then, click on the "Export to Excel" option. Your project file will be exported.

3. Click on settings

Now, navigate back to the board. Click on your profile.

Then, click on "Settings" on the left side of the screen.

Next, click on "Integrations". In the search bar, type "Project on the card",

then click on "Import".

4. Attach or drag and drop the file

Drag and drop the Excel file you previously downloaded from Microsoft Projects.

After adding the file, select the workspace where you want to import the project.

Finally, click on "Import".

Your project will be imported within a few seconds.

5. View the tasks

Open the imported project to view all the tasks. You also have the option to switch to the Kanban view, where all tasks are neatly organized into different groups.

And that's it! You've successfully imported a project from Microsoft Project into Kroolo.
