Trello Integration

Welcome to Kroolo, the smart productivity powerhouse. This guide explains how to import projects from Trello into Kroolo.

📌 Setting Up the Trello Integration

1. Go to Your Profile

Click on your profile icon at the top of the Kroolo dashboard.

2. Open Settings

In the profile menu, select the Settings option.

3. Access Integrations

In the settings menu, navigate to Integrations.

4. Search for Trello

Use the search bar to find Trello in the list of integrations.

5. Connect Trello

Click on Connect next to Trello.

6. Authorize the Connection

Scroll down to the authorization prompt and click Allow to complete the setup.

Your Trello account is now connected to Kroolo!

📌 Importing a Project from Trello

1. Select the Trello Board

Navigate to the Trello integration and click on Select Board.

2. Choose Your Desired Board

From the list of boards, pick the one you want to import.

3. Select the Kroolo Workspace

Click on Select Workspace to choose where the imported project will go in Kroolo.

4. Pick the Workspace

Select the appropriate Kroolo workspace for the project.

5. Start the Import

Click on Import to begin transferring the board.

6. Review and Confirm

Review the list of items that will be imported, then click Confirm to complete the import.

Your Trello board has now been successfully imported into Kroolo, and all tasks and task groups are ready to go!

And that’s it! You’ve successfully brought your Trello project over to Kroolo, seamlessly keeping your workflow organized and connected.
