Welcome to Kroolo, the smart productivity powerhouse. Follow this guide to receive project updates directly in your Slack channels.

Click on your profile in the top right corner.

Go to Settings from the drop down menu.

Within Settings, locate and click on the Integrations section.

In the integrations list, search for Slack.

Click on Connect to Slack. You’ll be prompted to authorize the connection.

Select your Slack workspace and click Allow.

Once connected, click on the Rule dropdown. Choose a rule for notifications, like getting alerts for new tasks or status changes.

Select your preferred rule and click Add Rule.

Pick your workspace from the drop down. (For example, choose Marketing.)

Choose the project you want notifications for.

Enter a name for your rule and specify the Slack channel where you’d like to receive notifications. Click Add Rule to finalize.

Head back to the Home Page.

Go to the Projects section.

Open the project you just configured for Slack notifications.

After adding a new task, click Save.

Now, when you visit your Slack channel, you’ll see a notification confirming the creation of the new task in your selected project.
