Receive Project Updates via Outlook Mail

Monitor project milestones and deadlines through automated email alerts, and automatically notify clients of project progress and task completions through Outlook emails.

This tutorial will guide you through the process of receiving project updates via Outlook Mail using Kroolo Projects, designed for users of all levels. Here's what you need to do๐Ÿ‘‡

1. Navigate to the Project Section

Start by navigating to the project section. Click on 'Projects' located on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the Desired Project

Open the project where you want to set up email updates. Click on 'Automation'.

3. Access the Automation Menu

Click on 'Browse'. The goal is to set up an automation that sends an email update to Outlook.

4. Locate the Outlook Option

Scroll to the bottom to find the 'Outlook' option.

5. Select the Appropriate Template

Browse through the templates. Choose the template that sends an email to Outlook when a task is completed.

Select the template.

6. Connect Outlook Mail

Click on 'Connect with Outlook'.

7. Confirm the Connection

Click on 'Accept' to confirm the connection with Outlook.

8. Add Mail Content

Once the mail is connected, add the desired mail content.

9. Save the Automation

Click on 'Save' after reviewing the task finished settings. An active automation will be set up.

10. Mark the Task as Done

Mark the task as done to trigger the automation.

11. Check Outlook Mail

Check the email address connected to Outlook. Click on the new email from Kroolo.

A URL will be provided in the email to directly access the specific project.
