Sync Projects with Outlook calendar

Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse! Follow this guide to seamlessly sync your projects with the Outlook calendar.

1. Open the Project

Navigate to the Projects section and select the project you want to sync.

2. Access the Calendar Tab

Click on the Calendar tab within the project. At the top, you'll find the Sync Calendar option.

3. Choose Outlook

Click on Sync Calendar.

4. Click on Connect with Outlook

select Connect with Outlook from the options provided.

5. Authorize and Confirm

Authorize the connection to Outlook. Once authorized, click Sync Calendar again to confirm the connection.

6. Enable Sync Settings

Choose whether to include existing tasks in the sync. Toggle the option as needed and click Save.

7. Add a New Task

  • Select the + button on the desired date.

  • Enter the task name and click Save.

  • Open the task details by clicking on its name.

  • Assign the task to yourself, ensuring it syncs with your Outlook calendar.

  • Modify the start and due dates if necessary, then close the tray.

  • Once done, close the tray.

8. Check in Outlook

Switch to your Outlook calendar, where the task will now appear automatically.

9. Schedule Unscheduled Tasks

  • Click the Unscheduled Tasks button to expand the list.

  • A list of all the unscheduled tasks will appear.

  • Drag and drop an unscheduled task onto a specific date.

  • Click on the task name for a detailed preview.

  • Assign the task to yourself and adjust the dates as needed.

  • Once, done close the tray.

10. Move and Expand Tasks

  • To move a task, drag it to a different date.

  • To extend a task across multiple days, click and drag it across the desired columns.

By following these steps, you can effortlessly sync projects and manage tasks between Kroolo and your Outlook calendar!
