Automatically Get Email Updates for completed tasks

This tutorial will guide you through the process of automatically getting email updates when tasks are completed using Kroolo Projects, designed for users of all levels. Here's what you need to do๐

1. Navigate to Projects
Open Kroolo and log in to your account. From the main dashboard, click on the "Projects" tab to view your projects.
2. Open the Desired Project and Select Automations
Select the project for which you want to set up the email automation.
In the project view, locate and click on the "Automations" tab.
3. Click on Browse
Within the Automation tab, click on the "Browse" button to explore available automation templates.
4. Choose Gmail from the Options
From the list of automation options, select "Gmail".
5. Use the Template
Choose the template labeled "When task is completed, then send mail to Gmail."
If it's your first time setting this up, you'll need to authorize the connection to your Gmail account. Follow the prompts to grant the necessary permissions.
After authorization, customize the email content. For example, you can set the email message to say "New task completed."
6. Click Save to Finalize the Automation
Review your settings and click "Save" to activate the automation.
7. Testing the Automation
Step 1: Complete a Task Within the Project
๐น Within the project, complete a task such as "SOP creation."
๐น Select the task and mark it as Done.
Step 2: Check the Connected Email Inbox
๐น Open your Gmail inbox (or the email account you connected).
๐น You should receive an email notification confirming the completion of the task.
