Consolidated view in Portfolio
Stay on top of multiple projects by creating a consolidated view in your portfolio. This lets you review and manage tasks from all projects in one convenient place.
1. Navigate to the portfolios
In the Portfolio section, select the portfolio containing the projects you want to combine.
Click the name of the portfolio to open it.
2. Review the projects
Review the projects listed in your portfolio.
3. Add the consolidated view
Click the plus (+) button to add a new view, then choose Consolidated.
Click Add to create the consolidated view. All tasks from the included projects appear together.
Each task in the consolidated view clearly shows its source project.
Edit task details directly from the consolidated view β update priority, change status, or add columns as needed.
For more settings, click on the Consolidated view's name. You can set it as the default, pin it, rename it, duplicate it, or remove it.
Creating a consolidated view streamlines the management of tasks across multiple projects, ensuring you never miss a detail or deadline. Use it to keep your portfolios organised and your work on track.
