Create and Manage Clients in Kroolo

Manage your client relationships seamlessly right inside Chrollo’s Track Time section. Set up new clients, assign teams, manage budgets, and keep all the client details in one organised space. Here’s how to effectively create and handle clients in Kroolo.

1. Open the Track Time section.

Navigate to the Client section.

2. Create Client

Click on " Create client".

Enter the required details, such as the client's name.

Choose between FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) or Block of Hours. If selecting FTE and entering “1” for the number of FTEs, Kroolo sets the default to 160 hours.

3. Add client servicing team, members

Add client servicing members and link relevant projects to the client.

Adjust privacy settings to control who has visibility on this client’s details.

Review all information and click Create Client.

4. Manage Clients

Once created, manage your clients using the list view, where you can see all details and perform actions.

5. Import Clients

To import or export client lists, use the CSV functionality—download an existing CSV or upload a CSV file in the same format to add multiple clients at once.

Manage client budgets within the client dashboard. Filter by project to view client-specific project links.

Stay organised and keep your clients and projects closely linked for efficient time tracking and reporting.
