Manage Projects with Portfolios
Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse! This guide will walk you through creating and managing a portfolio of projects to keep everything organized.
1. Navigate to the Portfolio Section
Open Kroolo and go to the Portfolio section.
2. Create a New Portfolio
Click on Create Portfolio to begin setting up your portfolio.
3. Alternate Ways to Create a Portfolio
You can also create a portfolio by clicking the Create Portfolio button in the top-right corner.
4. Enter Portfolio Details
Add a Portfolio Name and Portfolio Description at the top.
5. Set Privacy & Choose a View
Select your default view (list, board, timeline, etc.).
Set privacy settings based on who should have access.
Click Create Portfolio to finalize.
You've created your portfolio. To access it, click on the portfolio name.
📌 Adding Projects to Your Portfolio
Your portfolio is now created, but it's empty. Let's add projects!
6. Add a Project to Your Portfolio
Click Add Project and select the project you want to include.
7. Add Multiple Projects
Repeat the Add Project step to include additional projects.
Now, your portfolio has multiple projects, and you can track their progress in one place.

Step 8: View Portfolio Dashboard
Click on the Dashboard to see a combined view of all tasks across your projects.
9. Filter Views
Click All Projects to filter and view specific projects within the portfolio.
The dashboard updates in real time to reflect the selected project’s progress.
10. Check the Timeline & Workload
View a timeline of every task in the portfolio.
Monitor team workload to ensure balanced task distribution.
Here, you'll find a list of all tasks. You can also check the workload for each team member.
