Manage risks in the Portfolio

In this article, you'll learn how to manage risks in your portfolio using Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse.

1. Open the Portfolio

Open one of your portfolios. We have two portfolios in this example.

2. Choose the Project

In your chosen portfolio, identify the projects for risk management.

3. Click on the Risk section.

This will display a list of all the risks from different projects added to this portfolio.

For a detailed overview of a risk, click on its name. This will open a new window where you're able to modify factors such as probability, impact, severity, and more.

5. Check tasks and comments

Click on the Task section to view all tasks related to the risk. The Comments section can also be checked for additional information.

Close the pop-up window.

6. Review the mitigation plan

Click on the icon to review the mitigation plan.

For more options, click on the three dots. Here, you're able to edit the risk, archive the risk, and delete the risk.

By following these steps, you'll effectively manage risks in your portfolio using Kroolo.
