Add dashboards to Portfolio
In this article, you'll learn how to add custom dashboards to your portfolio in Kroolo.
1. Open the Portfolio
Start by navigating to your portfolio, where you'll see your projects. To add a dashboard, head over to the dashboard section.
2. Start adding Dashboard
As there's no dashboard yet, click on add widget at the top.
Now, you'll need to select your chart type.
For this tutorial, we're choosing the bar chart.
Once your dashboard is created, you're able to hover over specific bars for more details. To view in detail, click on the full screen button.
In this detailed view, you have the option to change the chart type.
You can switch between a line chart, a column chart, or a pie chart. Let's revert back to the bar chart.
This is your status task breakdown dashboard. To change it, click on the X-axis option.
From here, click on status and select another element.
Let's say we want to show priority. Simply select priority.
You can also change the Y axis. Currently, it's set to task count, but you can change it to estimated time, actual time, or duration.
For more options, click on the three dots. Here, you can exit full screen, rename the dashboard, duplicate it, export it, or delete it.
3. Add Custom Dashboard
You can also create custom dashboards with AI. Click on Generate dashboard at the top, enter your prompt, and hit send.
AI will analyze all the projects within your portfolio. You'll then select a chart type. For this example, we're choosing the column chart.
Once your dashboard is created, hover over specific bars for more details. To add it to your dashboard, click on add to dashboard.
You can drag and drop your dashboards to rearrange them.
You can also resize your dashboards.
4. Export Dashboards
To export the entire dashboard view, click on Export to PDF. This will export all your dashboards in a PDF format.
And that's it! You've now learned how to add custom dashboards to your portfolio in Kroolo Your Smart Productivity powerhouse.
