Keep track of tasks and progress with a clear sprint overview and burn down chart

Efficiently manage sprint tasks, track progress with burn down charts, and adjust priorities to meet project deadlines, add, edit, or move tasks & analyze sprint performance and plan for future sprints.

This tutorial will guide you through the process of managing sprints using Kroolo, designed for users of all levels. Here's what you need to do👇

1. Navigate to the Project Section

Start by navigating to the "Projects" section in the left-hand side.

2. Select the Desired Project

Choose the project you want to work on.

3. Find and Select the Sprints Option

Under the project name, locate and select the "Sprints" option.

This will display a list of all sprints, including the backlog section and lists of completed and ongoing sprints.

4. Add a New Task to an Ongoing Sprint

Input the task details and hit "Save" to add a new task to an ongoing sprint.

5. Adjust Task Details

Modify the status, priority, due date, and assignee as needed. Add estimated and actual story points.

6. Edit and Manage Tasks

Click on the three dots next to a task for more options👇

  • Edit tasks

  • Add subtasks

  • Mark tasks as milestones

  • Duplicate tasks

  • Move tasks to the backlog or another sprint

  • Convert tasks into subtasks

7. Delete a Task

To delete a task, select the "Delete" option.

8. Add or Remove Columns

Click on the plus (➕) button to add new columns or remove existing ones. Options include text, date, number, and more.

9. View Sprint Dates

At the top, next to the sprint name, view the sprint start and end dates.

10. Use the Burn Down Chart

Find the option for the burn down chart to see the estimated points graph.

The blue line represents estimated points, while the yellow line represents actual story points.

11. Complete the Sprint

Click the "Complete" button once all tasks within the sprint are finished for additional options.

Final Sprint Management

12. Edit, Archive, or Delete the Sprint

Click on the three dots next to the sprint name to find options to edit, archive, or delete the sprint.

This is how you can manage all sprints within a project from a single dashboard.
