Create Sprints in Projects
Create sprints to break down tasks, improve team collaboration, track progress efficiently, and manage project deadlines effectively.
This tutorial will guide you through the process of creating sprints in projects using Kroolo, designed for users of all levels.
1. Navigate to the Project Section
Step 1: Navigate to the project section
Step 2: Click on 'view project'
Step 3: Find the 'Create Sprint' option on the top right side.
Step 4: Enter the sprint name and duration in the pop-up
Step 5: Select the option to exclude non-working days if needed.
Step 6: Set the start and completion date
Step 7: Add a description
Step 8: Click on 'Create Sprint'
2. Adding Tasks to the Sprint
Step 9: Add tasks to the sprint & click on 'Save'
Step 10: Optionally, add another task & click on 'Save.'
3. Modifying Task Details
Step 11: Modify task details such as status, priority, due date, assignee type, and tags.
Step 12: Add relevant tags
4. Exploring Additional Options
Step 13: Click on the '...' three dots for additional options
5. Customizing Columns
Step 14: Click on the '+' button to add columns
Step 15: Select 'New Column'
Step 16: Add text, date, number, budget label, or multi-select
6. Filtering, Grouping, and Searching Tasks
Step 17: Filter or group tasks as needed
Step 18: Use the search option to find specific tasks
7. Switching to Board View
Step 19: Switch to board view to see tasks organized into groups
8. Completing the Sprint
Step 20: Click on 'Complete Sprint' once the sprint is finished.
9. Handling Incomplete Tasks
Step 21: Select incomplete issues from the summary
Step 22: Click on 'Move to backlog' to move incomplete tasks to the backlog
Step 23: Click on 'Complete'
After completing the sprint, visit the backlog section to find the tasks.
