Create sprints to break down tasks, improve team collaboration, track progress efficiently, and manage project deadlines effectively.

This tutorial will guide you through the process of creating sprints in projects using Kroolo, designed for users of all levels.

1. Navigate to the Project Section

Navigate to the project section

2: Click on 'view project'

3: Find the 'Create Sprint' option on the top right side.

4: Enter the sprint name and duration in the pop-up

5: Select the option to exclude non-working days if needed.

6: Set the start and completion date

7: Add a description

8: Click on 'Create Sprint'

9: Add tasks to the sprint & click on 'Save'

10: Optionally, add another task & click on 'Save.'

11: Modify task details such as status, priority, due date, assignee type, and tags.

12: Add relevant tags

Exploring additional Options

13: Click on the '...' three dots for additional options

Customizing Columns

14: Click on the '+' button to add columns

15: Select 'New Column'

16: Add text, date, number, budget label, or multi-select

Filtering, Grouping, and Searching Tasks

17: Filter or group tasks as needed

18: Use the search option to find specific tasks

Switching to Board View

19: Switch to board view to see tasks organized into groups

Completing the Sprint

20: Click on 'Complete Sprint' once the sprint is finished.

Handling Incomplete Tasks

21: Select incomplete issues from the summary

22: Click on 'Move to backlog' to move incomplete tasks to the backlog

23: Click on 'Complete'

After completing the sprint, visit the backlog section to find the tasks.
