Improve Your Sprints with Retrospective Feature

This tutorial will guide you through the process of improving your sprints with a retrospective feature using Kroolo, designed for users of all levels. Here's what you need to do๐Ÿ‘‡

1. Navigate to the Project Section

Navigate to the "Projects" section

2. Open the Selected Project

Click on the project you wish to work on.

3. Access the Sprints Option

Choose the "Sprints" option from within the project. Here, you'll see a list of all your sprints.

4. Click on Retrospective

At the top of this list, you'll find an option labeled "Retrospective."

5. Add Feedback to the Sprint

Click on the "Add Feedback" option to share your thoughts related to the sprints.

6. Save Your Feedback

After typing your feedback, click on "Save."

The feedback is now added.

You can assign a name to the feedback and choose its type. If the feedback is relevant for all sprints, set it to repeat for each one.

7. Vote on the Feedback

To vote on feedback (e.g., submitted by Julia), click on the "Vote" button next to the feedback.

The feedback now has one vote.

8. Manage Feedback Options

Click on the three dots next to the feedback to edit, duplicate, archive, or delete it.

This feature allows the team to share their thoughts about the sprint, highlighting areas for improvement.
