Manage Sprints using the Scrum board

Welcome to Kroolo, the Smart Productivity Powerhouse. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough on managing sprints using a Scrum board in Kroolo.

1. Open the sprint

Start by accessing the Scrum Board View. If it's not already added, click on the plus button, then click on Add next to Scrum board.

Once added, you'll see a dashboard where all your tasks are organised into different groups.

2. Add new tasks

To add new tasks, click on Add task, then type the name of your task and hit Save.

You've now added a new task. From here, you're able to modify the status, priority tags, assignee, and start and end dates.

3. More task options

For more task options, click on the three dots. Here, you can edit the task, add a subtask, mark as a milestone, duplicate the task, move the task to another sprint, convert to a subtask, or delete the task.

4. View the task in detail

To view a task in detail, click on the task name. A pop-up will appear where you can make changes to the task. Close the pop-up by clicking on Close.

5. Move the task into different groups

Tasks can be moved into different groups. To do this, simply drag and drop the task to the desired group.

You also have the option to expand and collapse these groups. To collapse a group, click on Collapse. This gives you a focused view of the number of tasks in the to-do list and the number of tasks that are completed

Expand the view again by clicking on Expand.

6. Filter tasks

By default, tasks are grouped by status. To filter them differently, click on Group by and choose a different parameter. To filter tasks, click on Filter and choose your desired filters.

7. Search Tasks

To search for specific tasks, click on Search and type the task name.

8. Additional Scrum options

For additional Scrum board options, click on the three dots. Here, you can set this as the default view, rename the view, duplicate the view, or delete the view.

And that's it! You're now equipped to manage your sprints using the Scrum Board View in Kroolo.
