Embed Elements in Docs
Embed multimedia content like videos and interactive elements in course materials, enrich business reports with visual data, & embed files and project timelines for comprehensive team collaboration.
This tutorial will guide you through the Embedding elements in Docs using Kroolo Docs, designed for users of all levels. Here's what you need to do👇
1. Navigate to the Document Section
Navigate to the document section within Kroolo where you want to embed elements.
2. Open a Document
Open the document in which you wish to embed elements.
3. Decide Where to Embed an Element
Decide the location in the document where you want to embed an element. Use the forward-slash ("/") to initiate embedding
4. Choose from a Variety of Elements
A list of embed elements will appear. Choose from various options including:
Headings
Basic blocks like bullet lists, numbered lists, paragraphs, checklists, banners, & toggle lists
Media such as images or files (embed directly from Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Advanced elements like tables and sub-docs
5. Embed a Loom Video
To embed a Loom video
Click on the Loom option in the list of elements.
Insert the Loom video link.
Hit "Embed."
Repeat steps 3-5 to embed multiple elements throughout the document as required.
