Chat with Doc
Discover the power of Kroolo, a smart productivity tool. This guide demonstrates how to interact with documents using the built-in AI chat feature.
1. Navigate to the Docs Section
Begin by accessing the "Docs" section within Kroolo.
2. Open the Desired Document
Select the document you want to interact with.
3. Locate the 'Ask AI' Option
At the top of the screen, you’ll see the 'Ask AI' option. Click on it to open a pop-up window.
💡 This AI chat feature allows you to gain insights, review document progress, and much more. In this example, the document focuses on email automation.
4. Expand the View for Easier Interaction
Click on 'Expand View' to enlarge the window.
This gives you more space to interact with the AI. Now, you can ask questions related to the document.
5. Type a Question or Prompt
Enter your question in the input field and press 'Send.'
The AI will analyze the entire document and provide a relevant summary or response.
6. Interact with the AI's Response
Once the AI provides the summary, you can👇
Copy the summary
Regenerate the response
Like or dislike the answer
Ask further questions about specific sections
7. Close the AI Chat
Once you're done, click on 'Close' to exit the chat. This completes the process of interacting with your document using Kroolo's AI chat feature.
