Create Document using AI
Discover the Power of Kroolo, a Smart Productivity Tool. This guide demonstrates how to generate a document using Kroolo AI.
1. Select the appropriate workspace
Start by selecting the appropriate workspace to ensure all your work is organized.
2. Navigate to the Doc Section
Go to the "Docs" section in your workspace.
3. Click on "Create Doc"
Select the "Create Doc" option to start a new document.
4. Input Document Title
Enter the title of your document and press "Enter." The document is now created.

5. Open the Prompt Input
Press the spacebar to open a pop-up where you can enter a prompt for content generation.
6. Enter the Prompt and Generate Content
Type in your prompt and click "Send." Kroolo AI will generate content in seconds, which appears on the screen.
7. Regenerate or Discard Content
Click "Regenerate" to create a different version. You can either discard the new output or insert it into the document.
8. Insert the Generated Content
Click "Insert" to add the generated content to your document.

9. Use AI to Modify Content
Click on the AI options to lengthen, shorten, regenerate, or summarize a highlighted paragraph.
10. Lengthen Paragraph
Click "Make Longer" to have Kroolo AI rewrite and expand the paragraph.
At the bottom of the screen, choose to regenerate the content or accept the changes.
11. Accept the Changes
Click "Accept" to confirm the changes. Once the paragraphs are modified as desired, insert them into the document.

12. Insert the Final Content
Click "Insert" to finalize the document.
To add more content, press space again and enter a new prompt. You can continue to modify individual paragraphs as needed using Kroolo AI.
