Advanced Blocks in Kroolo Docs

Welcome to Kroolo, Your Smart Productivity Powerhouse. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to use Advanced Blocks in Kroolo Docs.

These blocks help you create richer, more interactive documents with ease.

1. Inserting a Block

To insert a block, simply press the forward slash ( / ) on your keyboard. This will open a pop-up menu with various options.

Scroll down to the Advanced Block section.

2. Exploring Advanced Blocks

There are 5 types of Advanced Blocks you can choose from 👇

  1. Code Block

  2. Table

  3. Column

  4. Toggle

  5. Alert

3. Inserting a Code Block

Select Code Block from the Advanced Blocks section. An empty space will appear for your code.

Simply paste your code into this space, and it will display neatly as a code block.

4. Adding a Table

Select Table from the options. The table will be inserted, and you can add or remove rows and columns by clicking on the plus (+) buttons.

You can easily customize your table as needed.

5. Using Toggles

Select Toggle to insert a collapsible section. The toggle will appear in your document, allowing you to expand and collapse content as needed.

6. Creating a Two-Column Layout

To insert a two-column layout, press the forward slash, go to Advanced Blocks, and choose Columns.

A two-column layout will appear, where you can add content in each section, side by side.

7. Inserting Alerts

Select Alert from the Advanced Blocks menu. Alerts come in different types 👇

  • Info

  • Note

  • Success

  • Warning

  • Error

Choose the one you need and type your message into the alert box.

8. Deleting a Block

To delete any block (like a code block or alert), simply click on it and use the delete option.
