Add Media in Docs
Welcome to the guide on adding media to documents in Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse.
Follow these simple steps to embed media into your documents👇
1. Open a Document
Start by opening the document where you want to add media.
2. Begin Adding Media
Click at the beginning (or any position) in the document where you want to insert media.
3. Open the Block List
Press the forward slash ( / ) key to bring up the list of blocks. Scroll down to the bottom until you reach the Media section.
4. Choose the Media Type
Select the type of media you wish to add👇
✨ Embed a YouTube or Vimeo video
✨Upload an image from your local storage
✨ Upload a video or any file from your device
5. Embed a YouTube Video
To embed a YouTube video 👇
Click on the YouTube option.
Enter the YouTube URL in the field provided and click Embed.
6. Manage the Embedded Video
Once the video is embedded, you can 👇
Delete
Copy
Duplicate the block
Open it in a new tab
These options are available for all types of media you embed or upload.
