Welcome to the "Chat with Project" feature, designed to streamline your project management experience!
This guide will walk you through using this innovative tool to gain instant insights into project status, risks, and tasks. It's particularly useful for complex projects with hundreds of tasks, where manual review can be time-consuming.

1. Launch the Project
👉 Step 1: Click on the 'View Project' to open it.
Begin by clicking on "View Project" to access the project board. It'll show all tasks and subtasks. On the right, find the option to interact with the project using Kroolo AI.
2. Activate Kroolo AI
👉 Step 2: Click on the 'Kroolo AI' option.
On the right side of the screen, you'll find the option to engage with Kroolo AI. Click on it to open the AI model.
📌 Ask questions to summarize project, identify outstanding tasks, risks, or overdue tasks.
📌 Define your own questions in the chat window as well.
3. Chat with project
👉 Step 3: Ask for a summary
To get started, select a question from the provided options or type your own. For this demonstration, let's ask for a summary of the project.
The AI analyzes the entire project board, summarizing the project details instantly.
4. Review the Summary

Instantly, the AI will analyze the project board and present you with a comprehensive summary of the project's details.
