Chat with PPT
Unlock the potential of Kroolo, the smart productivity tool, and learn how to interact with PowerPoint presentations using its AI feature.
A) Interacting with the Entire PPT
1. Navigate to "Chat with Anything"
Access the Chat with Anything section in Kroolo.
2. Select "Chat with PPT"
Choose the Chat with PPT option to begin.
3. Upload Your PPT
Upload the presentation you want to work with.
4. Upload Options
You can either:
Drag and Drop the file.
Or click Browse Files to select the PPT from your computer.
5. View the Preview
Once uploaded, a preview of the PPT will appear on the left side of your screen.
6. Summary Generation
Kroolo AI automatically generates a summary of the presentation, giving you an overview.
7. Ask a Question
Type your question about the project or content of the PPT.
8. Refine the Answer
If the answer doesn’t meet your expectations, click Regenerate to get an improved response.
B) Interacting with Specific Slides or Sections
1. Extract Information
Click Extract, select the relevant section of the PPT, and choose Ask a Chat.
2. Ask Detailed Questions
Type your question in the chat section about the specific slide or portion.
