Summarize Tasks using Kroolo AI

Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse. In this tutorial, you'll learn how to use Kroolo AI to quickly summarize tasks in your project. Let's get started!

Navigate to the project containing the tasks you want to summarize. Click on the task name to open the detailed task window.

Locate the Ask AI button at the top of the detailed task window.

Click on the Ask AI button to open a dropdown menu with three options.

From the dropdown menu, select Summarize Task. Kroolo AI will analyze the task and generate a summary, which appears in a new pop-up window.

Read the generated task summary in the pop-up window. If you need further clarification, you can ask additional questions in the chat.

You can also copy the summary or regenerate it if needed.

And that's it! In just a few clicks, you can summarize tasks effortlessly with Kroolo AI.
