In this article, you'll learn how to set up Project Billing in Kroolo, your Smart Productivity Powerhouse.

1. Open the project

Start by locating your project. Click on the three dots next to the project name.

2. Click on edit project

Select Edit Project from the dropdown menu.

3. Open the billing section

Navigate to the billing section.

Here, you have the option to enable or disable billing.

4. Choose your Project Classification.

It can be either Client Facing or Internal.

5. Select Client

Select a client by clicking on the dropdown menu.

Use the search bar to find a specific client or select one from the list.

6. Decide on the billing method.

You can either charge by the hour or set a fixed price for the project.

If you opt for a fixed fee, click on fixed fee and enter the agreed amount.

If you're charging by the hour, click on time and materials.

From here, select Project Billing from the dropdown menu.

7. Add billing to a specific person

To add billing for a specific person, choose the person from the list.

This feature allows you to add multiple persons and set their hourly pricing.

If you're setting a fixed fee, click on fixed fee again.

Type in the agreed amount.

Click on close to save your settings.

And that's it! Your project's billing is now updated and ready to go.
