Invite a Team Member to Collaborate in a Project
Welcome to Kroolo, Your Smart Productivity Powerhouse. This guide demonstrates the process of inviting a team member to a project in Kroolo.
1. Navigate to the Project Section
Start by accessing the project section within your workspace.
2. Open the Desired Project
Select the project you want to invite a team member to.
Click on the three dots (...) next to the project name.
3. Select "Invite Member"
From the dropdown menu, choose the "Invite Member" option.
4. Proceed to the Invite Members Section
Navigate to the invite members section to start adding a team member.
5. Input the Team Member's Information
Enter the name or email address of the team member you wish to invite.
6. Choose the Team Member and Adjust Access Settings
Select the team member from the suggestions. Adjust their access settings as needed.
Click "Send" to invite them to the project.
Upon successful invitation, a new team member is added to the project. Close the popup window.
If needed, you can assign a task to the newly added team member right away.
