Welcome to Kroolo. In this article, you'll learn how to add clients in time tracking on Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse.

1. Navigate to Time Tracking

Open Kroolo and go to the Time Tracking section.

2. Access the Clients Section

Click on Clients to manage or add new clients.

3. Create a New Client

Click on the Create Client button to start adding client details.

4. Enter Client Details

Add the Client’s Name and Preferred Currency to set up billing preferences.

5. Link Projects and Add Required Information

Assign projects to the client. Enter additional details, including:

  • Description

  • Contact Name & Title

  • Contact Email & Mobile Number

  • Country & Phone Number

  • Address Details (Address Label, Country, Region, City, Address 1 & 2, and Postcode)

6. Finalize and Save

Review the details and click Create Client to save.

And that's it! You've successfully added a client in time tracking.
