Effortless Timesheet Management: Importing and Exporting in Kroolo

Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse. This guide will walk you through importing and exporting timesheets with Kroolo.

1. Navigate to the time tracking section

Start by navigating to the time tracking section.

2. Open the timesheets

Click on the timesheets option.

You'll now see the current week's timesheet.

3. Custom view for time-sheets

Suppose you want to export the timesheet for the previous week.

Navigate back to the previous week. Here, you'll see a list of all tasks and the time spent on each.

Ensure your timesheet is submitted and approved.

4. Start to Export

To export this timesheet, click on Import/Export at the top.

5. Select Export

Select Export Timesheet.

You'll need to select the date range for the timesheet you want to export.

6. Select the date

Select the entire week and click on apply.

7. Export CSV

Click on Export CSV.

This action will download a CSV file containing your timesheet.

8. Open the Excel

Open Excel or Google Sheets and import the downloaded file by dragging and dropping it.

You'll see all the tasks, the project, and the time spent on each task.

That's how you export a timesheet.

Now, let's move on to importing a timesheet.

9. Input the required details

Create all necessary columns and fill in all task names and durations. Then, return to the Kroolo Dashboard.

10. Click on Import/Export

Click on Import Export again.

11. Import timesheets

Select Import Timesheets.

Here, you can download the template and fill in all the data.

12. Upload the CSV

Once your CSV file is ready, click on Upload CSV.

You'll now be able to import the timesheet. And that's how you import and export timesheets in Kroolo.
