Manage Custom Priorities

Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse! This guide will walk you through setting up and managing custom priorities for your tasks.

πŸ“Œ Setting Custom Priorities Within a Project

1. Open the Project Section

Navigate to the Project section in Kroolo. Open the desired project and locate the "Priority" column.

2. Edit Existing Priorities

Click on any priority to reveal a gear icon at the top labeled "Edit Priority." Click on this icon to see a list of all existing priorities.

3. Add a New Priority

Click on "Add New Priority."

4. Name the New Priority

Type the name of your new priority.

5. Save the New Priority

Click "Save" to add the new priority to your list.

6. Remove an Existing Priority

Click the gear icon again if you need to delete a priority. Note: the default priority cannot be removed.

After making your changes, click "Save."

7. Select the New Priority

Your new priority will now be available in the priority list for selection.

1. Access Profile Settings

Go to your profile and click on "Settings."

2. Find the Task Priority Option

Scroll to the bottom to locate the "Task Priority" option. Here, you can manually add new priorities or delete existing ones (except the default priority).

And that's it! Custom priorities are now easily created and managed in Kroolo.
