Easily import and manage Airtable projects directly within Kroolo.

Airtable Integration

Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse. In this video, we will see how you can import projects from Airtable.

1. Navigate to the Project Section

Log in to Kroolo and go to the Projects section.

2. Select 'Import Project'

In the Projects section, click on Import Project to open the import options.

3. Connect to Airtable

Locate the Airtable option and click Connect. A pop-up window will appear.

4. Select a Base

In the pop-up, you’ll need to choose a Base from Airtable.

Select your project, such as "Website Redesign," and then click Grant Access to connect Airtable with Kroolo.

5. Start the Import Process

After connecting, go back to Import Project and select Airtable once more. You’ll see another pop-up for setting up your import preferences.

6. Choose the Workspace and Project

Choose the Workspace where you want the project to be imported in Kroolo.

Then select the Project from Airtable that you want to import, such as "Website Redesign."

Also, choose the workspace of Kroolo, where you want to add.

7. Map the Columns

Now, map your Airtable fields to Kroolo fields:

  • Task Name ➔ Task Name

  • Priority ➔ Priority

  • Status ➔ Status

  • Attachment ➔ (leave blank if there’s no data)

  • Description ➔ Description

  • Start Date ➔ (leave blank if there’s no data)

  • End Date ➔ (leave blank if there’s no data)

8. Confirm Import

Once all fields are mapped, click Confirm to begin the import.

9. Review Your Imported Project

After confirmation, your project will be imported into Kroolo, with all tasks organized into groups.

And that's it! Your project from Airtable is now seamlessly integrated into Kroolo.
