Google Chat Integration
In this article, you'll learn how to receive project updates in Google Chats using Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse.
1. Start integrating Google Chat
Begin by integrating Google Chat with Kroolo Click on your profile.
2. Navigate to the Settings.
Open the settings .
3. Click on Integrations
From there, proceed to the integrations.
4. Connect Google Chat
In the search bar, type "Google Chat" and click on Connect.
5. Authorize the connection
By clicking on Continue grant access.
6. Select a rule
A pop-up will appear where you'll need to select a rule. Click on Select rule.
7. Choose the rule
Choose the rule "When task marked as completed, send a notification to Google Chat" and click on Add rule.
8. Select the workspace
Next, select the workspace.
9. Choose the project
Choose the project for which you want to receive updates.

10. Select the Workspace
Now, select the Google Workspace where you want to receive the updates.
11. Enter the name of your rule.

12. Add Rule
Click on Add rule to finalize the process.
Your rule is now successfully created. You can return to the dashboard.
13. Mark the task as done
Open your project and mark a task as done.
14. Navigate to Google Chat.
You'll see the space you selected and an update task.
