Filter Projects in Kroolo

Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse! In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to filter projects effectively.

1. Select Your Workspace

Start by selecting the appropriate workspace where your projects are located.

2. Navigate to the Project Section

Go to the Projects section in your dashboard.

3. Access the Filter Options

You’ll see a list of all your projects. To filter these projects, click on the Filters button.

4. Choose Your Filter Criteria

A dropdown menu will appear. You can filter projects based on various parameters:

  • Status

  • Priority

  • Start Date

  • End Date

  • Owner

5. Filter by Priority

Let’s start by selecting Priority. Choose Urgent from the options. You’ll see the filtered list displaying only the projects marked as urgent.

6. Filter by Status

Next, click on Filters again and select Status. Choose Not Started to view all projects that haven’t begun yet.

7. Search for Specific Projects

If you’re looking for a specific project, you can use the Search function at the top of the project list.
