Easily manage documents in Kroolo with tags, status, and filters

Manage Docs in Kroolo

Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse. In this video, we will see how you can manage docs.

1. Viewing Your Documents List

On the dashboard, you will see a list of all your documents. On the left of each document name, you’ll find a document icon.

2. Changing the Document Icon

Click on the document icon to change it. Choose from a variety of icons to better represent your document.

3. Renaming a Document

To change the document name, click on the pencil icon ✏️ next to the document. Type the new name and press Enter to save the changes.

4. Managing Tags

Next to the document name, you will see tags. To add or change a tag, click on the tag section. You can either choose an existing tag or create a new one.

  • Type the name of the tag.

  • Select a color for it.

  • Press Return to add the new tag.

You can see the tag you just added reflected on the document.

5. Changing Document Status

Beside the tags, you’ll find the document status.

Click on it to change the status of your document (e.g., In Progress, Completed).

6. Locking a Document

To lock a document, simply click the lock icon. This will restrict edits.

7. Marking a Document as Favorite

Click on the star icon ⭐ to mark a document as your favorite for quick access.

8. Additional Options

For more actions, click on the three dots beside the document. This will provide additional document management options.

9. Filtering Documents

To filter your document list, click the Filter button.

You can filter documents based on various parameters, such as status. For example, filtering by Done will show all completed documents.

10. Searching for a Document

Use the search functionality to quickly find a specific document by typing its name.

11. Managing Shared Documents

Next to My Docs, you’ll find the Shared Documents section. Currently, if no documents are shared with you, this section will be empty.

You can always return to My Docs by clicking the corresponding tab.

12. Viewing Sub-Documents

If a document has sub-documents, a dropdown arrow will appear next to its name.

Click the dropdown to reveal and manage the sub-documents within the main document.

That’s how you can easily manage documents in Kroolo. Now you’re ready to handle your documents efficiently!
