Insert Tables in Docs
Welcome to the Guide on Inserting Tables in Kroolo Docs. In this step-by-step guide, you'll learn how to insert and customize tables in Kroolo Docs to enhance your productivity.
1. Open a Document
Begin by opening the document where you'd like to insert a table.
2. Choose Table Placement
Decide where in the document you want to add the table.
3. Insert the Table
To insert a table👇
Either click the Insert Table icon in the top menu.
Or, press forward slash ( / ) on your keyboard to bring up the pop-up menu.
4. Select Table Option
In the pop-up menu, scroll down to the Advanced Blocks section and select the Table option.
5. Table Appears
Once selected, a table will automatically appear in your document.

Notice the menu at the top of the table, provides options for customization
7. Add Columns
To add a column, click on the Add Column icon in the table menu.
8. Insert Another Column
If you want more columns, simply click the same icon again.
9. View Added Column
Observe the new column that appears.
10. Add Rows
To add a row, click on the Add Row icon.
11. View Added Row
Notice the new row that appears in the table.
12. Remove Columns
To remove a column, select the Remove Column option in the table menu.
13. View Updated Table
See the table with the column now removed.
14. Remove Rows
To remove a row, click on the Remove Row option in the menu.
15. Change Text Color
To change the text color inside the table, use the text formatting options available in the toolbar.
16. Enable Header Row
Click on the three dots in the menu, then toggle the Header Row option to highlight the top row as a header.
17. Enable Header Column
Similarly, toggle the Header Column option to format the first column as a header.
18. Add Columns from the Side
Click on the Plus button on the right side of the table to add more columns.
19. Add Rows from the Bottom
Click on the Plus button at the bottom of the table to add more rows.
20. Add Row and Column Simultaneously
You can also add a row and a column at the same time by clicking on the Plus button that appears in the table's corner.
21. Remove All Columns
To remove all columns, click on the Remove Column option until all are gone.
22. Table Ready for Data Entry
Now your table is fully customized and ready for data entry.
23. Enter Data
Finally, start entering your data into the table cells.
