Welcome to Kroolo, Your Smart Productivity Powerhouse. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to use basic blocks in documents within Kroolo.

1. Access the Document

Start by opening the document where you'd like to insert new elements.

2. Insert Basic Blocks

To add any content block, press forward slash ( / ) on your keyboard. A pop-up menu will appear, displaying all the available block options.

3. Add a Heading

If you’d like to add a heading👇

  • Press forward slash ( / ).

  • Select Heading from the menu.

  • Type your desired heading text.

Now you’ve successfully inserted a heading block.

4. Add a Bullet or Numbered List

To insert a list👇

  • Press forward slash ( / ) again.

  • Select either Bullet List or Numbered List.

  • Type your list items.

5. Add a Task List

For creating a to-do list 👇

  • Press forward slash ( / ).

  • Select Task List from the options.

  • Enter your tasks, such as:

    1. Choose an email service provider

    2. Build email list

    3. Segment audience

You can also check off completed tasks by clicking the checkboxes.

6. Check off completed tasks

You can also check off completed tasks by clicking the checkboxes.

7. Add a Quote

To insert a quote 👇

  • Press forward slash ( / ).

  • Select Quote and type your quote. It will be formatted differently to stand out.

8. Add a Divider

To visually separate sections👇

  • Press forward slash ( / ).

  • Select Divider. This will insert a horizontal line to break up your content.

9. Inserting a Link

To add a link 👇

  1. Press forward slash ( / ) and select Link.

  2. Enter the URL, for example, Mailchimp’s website.

  3. Press Insert.

Now, anyone who clicks the link will be directed to the website you entered.
