1. Access to Project Dashboard
Step 1: Navigate to the project's dashboard to begin the process. Click on "Create Projects" located on the right side of the dashboard.
2. Select a Template
Step 2: Click on 'Use a Template' from the top right corner of your screen.
π‘ Tip: Go->Template Section. You'll find a diverse library of 100+ templates tailored to various domains - products, sales, marketing, engineering, and more.
3. Choose Your Template
Step 3: Pick the template that best suits your needs.
For example, if you're planning a stand-up meeting, select the corresponding template.
4. Review the Selected Template
Step 4: Take a quick look at the overview of the selected template to ensure it aligns with your requirements.
5. Load Project Metadata
Step 5: Click on 'Use Template' and load the complete metadata of the project, which is already organized by status, making it ready for immediate use.
6. Filter by Groups
Step 6: After loading your project metadata, if required, you can make changes to the grouping. For instance, you can filter by groups based on status.
7. Customize Template as Needed
Step 7: Tailor the template to your specific requirements by customizing elements like priority, due dates, assignees, and other action items.
Click on '+' located at the top right corner. Add custom columns as necessary to accommodate unique project needs.
8. Preview and Create
Once everything is set up according to your preferences, preview the project template and create it instantly.
