1. Navigate to the Project Section

Open Kroolo and go to the 'Projects' section.

2. Select View Project

Click on 'View Project' to access the specific project

3. Add Subtasks

Find the specific task within the project that requires sub tasks and open it

A) Manually Add Subtasks: Enter the subtasks yourself

B) Use Kroolo AI for Suggestions

Use Kroolo AI, click on โœจ Suggest Subtasks'. Kroolo AI will provide suggestions based on the task name.

4. Modify the Suggested Subtasks

Review the suggestions provided by Kroolo AI. Modify them as required.

  • Make the sub tasks longer or shorter.

  • Rewrite them.

  • Select the most relevant ones

5. Generate New Subtasks

Click on 'Create Subtasks' to generate the new subtasks

6. Change the Status of the Subtasks

Update the status of each subtask to get an update on the current state (e.g., 'Not Started', 'In Progress', 'Completed')

7. Alter the Priority and Add Due Dates
