App Access and AI Features with Feature Toggles
Feature toggles let you quickly turn app and AI functionalities on or off across your organisation. Use this to customise your team's experience and keep things streamlined.
1. Navigate to the settings
2. Open the feature Toggle.
On the left menu, find and select Feature Toggle.
Choose between App Features and AI Features at the top.
Under App Features, see all available app functions—like AI agents, folders, and modes—with their toggles listed.
Enable or disable any feature by clicking its toggle switch. For example, disable Boards by switching them off.
3. Manage the AI features
To control AI-powered features, go to AI Features. You’ll see every AI feature and its current status.
Scroll through the list and switch off any AI feature, like AI actions in documents, by toggling it.
Easily enable or disable app and AI features as your organisation's needs change. Use feature toggles to keep your workspace efficient and relevant.
