Configure Your Organization’s AI Settings
Configure and manage AI model access, API integration, and user limits for your organisation—all from a centralised settings page. This guide walks you through each step to help you tailor the AI experience to your team’s needs
1. Navigate to your profile
Click your profile icon and select Settings.
In the left sidebar, scroll down to the bottom.
2. Start the AI configuration
Click AI Configuration to open the AI configuration page.
You’re now on the configuration page, where you can adjust model access, API keys, and usage limits.
3. Select AI models
At the top under AI models, review the available models.
The default is Gemini, but you’ll see three options for comparison.
To compare models, click View Comparison.
A detailed model comparison appears, outlining context windows, input costs, and output costs for each model.
Choose the model that fits your needs best. For example, to select Claude, simply click on it.
4. Bring Your Own Key
Use your API key to activate your chosen model. To use your own API key, enable the API toggle, select your preferred model, and paste your API key. Validate the key and activate it.
Your Claude is active now
5. Control access to the AI features.
Grant access to all users or select specific members in your organisation.
6. Set usage limits for users.
Scroll to User settings to view daily and monthly query limits. Adjust these as needed.
Click the daily limit to choose a new value, such as 200 queries.
Click the monthly limit to make changes, for example, setting it to 2000 queries.
Finally, click Save changes.
All updates will be saved and applied immediately to your organisation.
Use these configuration options to choose the right AI model, manage API connections, and set the right limits for your team. Keeping your AI settings up to date ensures the best experience for everyone in your organisation.
