Use Pre-Built AI Agents in Kroolo
Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse! Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you use AI agents to boost productivity and get things done faster.
1. Navigate to the AI Agent Section
Open Kroolo and go to the AI Agent section.
Here, you’ll find various pre-built AI agents designed to help you with tasks like digital marketing, sales, and project management.
2. Select an AI Agent
Let's say you're a product manager looking to brainstorm marketing ideas. Choose an AI agent, such as Project Manager. This will redirect you to the Agent Profile.
3. Customize the AI Agent
On the Agent Profile page, you can modify the agent’s name and instructions.
You also have the option to enable the Knowledge Base for the agent. Toggle the switch to enable it.
4. Add Resources to the Knowledge Base
Once the knowledge base is enabled, you can add various resources:
Links to sources
Media files
Project links
Web pages or YouTube video URLs
To add media 👇
Click Add Media.
A list of uploaded files in Kroolo will appear. Choose your file and click Add Media to Knowledge.
5. Add Commands and Prompt Templates
In the Commands section, you can add specific instructions for the agent, like excluding certain topics or modifying its responses.
The Prompt Templates section offers pre-made suggestions to inspire your input.
6. Update the AI Agent
After making your modifications, click Update to save your changes. Your agent is now ready to use.
7. Start a Chat with the AI Agent
Click New Chat to start interacting with the agent. Simply type your prompt (e.g., "How can I market my new product?").
Hit 'Send' once done. The AI agent will process your request and generate a detailed response based on the information you provided.
8. Review and Use the Response
The AI agent will provide a response, with any relevant file sources attached at the bottom.
You can copy and use the content directly. If needed, you can ask further questions or attach additional files.
