Attendance Management

Manage attendance in Kroolo by enabling and configuring features that suit your organisation’s needs. From location tracking to custom clock-in rules, the dashboard puts you in control of how your team tracks attendance.

1. Navigate to your profile

Click your profile icon in the Kroolo dashboard.

2. Open Settings

Scroll down the left sidebar and click App features.

At the bottom of the App features list, find Attendance management. Enable this option.

Once Attendance management is active, select Attendance from the dashboard.

3. Attendance Configuration

Use the Attendance screen to configure how attendance is tracked. Manage clocking behaviour, location tracking, access restrictions, and regularisation windows.

Adjust GPS location history settings to enable or disable automatic location tracking for employees. When GPS tracking is disabled, employees need to enter their location manually.

4. Set Up Clock-in

  • Allow employees to clock in during weekends.

  • Allow clock-in during holidays.

  • Allow clock-in during leave.

5. Configure regularisation request settings

By defining the window (number of days) during which employees may submit attendance corrections.

Customise these features to match your company policies. Attendance management in Kroolo centralises and streamlines how your team checks in, making your workflow smoother and more reliable.
