Tools for AI agents

This article will guide you through the process of connecting tools and automating tasks with AI agents.

1. Navigate to AI agents

Start by navigating to the AI Agents section.

In this section, you'll find a variety of popular agents. To create your own agent, click on the designated area.

Click on View All Agents to see a comprehensive list of all available agents.

On the left side, you'll see different categories. Click on any category to view the agents within it. For this tutorial, we're using the Email Assistant.

2. Connect tools

To connect this assistant with Gmail, click on the agent name.

In the agent profile, navigate to the Tools section. Here, you'll find a list of all the tools. Enable tools by clicking on the toggle.

You can also go to Research to find research tools.

In the apps section, you'll see all the apps. Use the search bar to find a specific tool.

3. Connect Gmail

Click on the toggle next to Gmail to connect it.

Click on Connect. Select your account and click on Continue twice.

4. Perform actions

Once your tool is connected, click on these actions to select the actions you need. For this tutorial, we're enabling Send Email and deleting emails. Click on Update when you're done.

Click on New chat to type your queries. For example, if you need a summary of the last three emails, type your request and click on send.

5. Navigate to the inbox section

View your emails.

Return to the dashboard. If you want to reply to an email, type your response and click on send.

Check your inbox and the draft section to see your draft reply.

And that's it! You've successfully connected tools and automated tasks with AI agents.
