Create AI Agents From Scratch
Explore the power of Kroolo, the smart productivity powerhouse. This guide demonstrates the process of creating an AI agent from scratch.
1. Navigate to the AI Agent Section
Start by opening the Kroolo application. Navigate to the AI Agent section.
2. View All Agents
Select View All Agents to see your current agents.
3. Create a New Agent
Scroll to the bottom of the agents list. Click on the Create Agent option.
4. Choose How to Create Your Agent
Upon clicking, you will see three options:
Create Agent with AI
Create Agent from Scratch
Use Templates
Select Create from Scratch.
5. Personalize Your Agent
Change the Agent Icon
Click on the icon placeholder to choose a new icon for your agent.
Modify the Agent Name
Enter a unique name for your agent in the designated field.
Enter Specific Instructions
Provide detailed instructions to train your agent effectively.
6. Enable Knowledge Base
Below the agent profile, locate the Knowledge Base option. Enable the Knowledge Base feature. This allows you to add various resources.
7. Add Sources to Knowledge Base
To add a link, click on Add Link.
Paste the desired URL and hit Add to Knowledge. The added link is now part of the agent's knowledge base.
8. Modify Commands
Look for the Used Commands section, where you can add additional commands to modify the agent's output.
9. Utilize Prompt Templates
Next to the used commands, find Prompt Templates. Choose any of the existing templates that suit your needs. Once you've selected, click Update.
10. Start a New Chat with Your Agent
Your agent is now ready! Click on New Chat to open a chat interface.
Type your queries. For example, you can ask it to:
"Compose a promotional email for a newly launched skincare product, focusing on its unique ingredients, benefits, and how it solves concerns."
Attach any files if necessary.Then, hit send.
11. Send Your Query
After typing your message, hit Send. The AI will generate a response, including an email draft and a link to the source.
12. Utilize the Generated Content
Copy the generated email for your use. If you have additional questions, feel free to ask.
13. Access Your Agent Again
To use the agent in the future, find it in the Agents List.
