This tutorial will guide you through the process of writing an email using custom AI Agents, designed for users of all levels. Here's what you need to do👇
1. Navigate to the AI Agent Section
Open Kroolo and go to the AI agent section.
2. Select "Chat with Agent"
Click on the option 'chat with an AI agent' located below the menu bar.
3. Create a New AI Agent for Email Writing
Select the "Sales" option to create a new AI agent specialized in email writing.
4. Opt for the Cold Outreach Template
Choose the "Cold Outreach" template.
Update the instructions as needed or leave them as they are, then click "Update."
5. Access the Custom AI Agent
Click on your 'New Chat'. A chat window will pop up, ready for interaction.
6. Request Assistance with Cold Email Outreach
For instance, you can write this prompt👉 "Write a cold outreach email in 60 to 100 words to offer social media services."
Click on "Send."
7. Observe and Copy the Generated Email
