Forms in sprints
This article will guide you through the process of adding forms to your sprints in a step-by-step manner.
1. Forms in Sprint
Navigate to the Forms view in Sprint. If it's not already added, click on the plus button and select Add next to Forms.
Once the view is added, you'll notice various options at the top to assist you. At the bottom, you'll find a list of all your forms.
2. Create a new form
To create a new form, you have three options: start with a blank form, use AI to create a form, or use an existing template. For this tutorial, we'll use AI to create a feedback form. Select Start with AI.
Enter the form name and provide a form description.
If you'd like to attach files, please add them to the Knowledge base. You also have the option to enable search.
Once you're done, click on Generate form. Your form is now ready, and you can see different blocks. Feel free to remove any unnecessary fields. When you're satisfied, click on Insert form and fields.
3. Edit the form
If you want to change the form's background, pick a different colour. You can also choose the colour of the Submit button.
In the settings, enable reCAPTCHA if needed. You also have the option to enable or disable Kroolo branding. If you want to limit the number of responses, enable the toggle, click, pick a date from your calendar, and hit Apply.
4. Add more blocks to the form
To add more blocks to your form, drag and drop elements from the list. For example, to add a country field, click on the plus button, drag and drop the country field, and hit Add. Type the name of the field and click on Add field. The field is added, and you can drag and drop it into your form.
5. Preview the form
Click on Preview to preview the form
6. Check the insights and responses
In the Responses section, you'll see all your responses. In the Insights section, you'll find all the form insights.
7. Publish the form
To publish the form, click on the toggle. Your form is now published. Copy the link and share it with anyone.
And that's how you add forms to your sprints!
